On Monday April 1, 2018 a very dear brother, friend and uncle to many, lost his battle with cancer at the age of 86 years. Edward was born October 31, 1931 at Morden, Manitoba growing up and attending school at Cartwright, Manitoba, later moving to Winnipeg. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Ed did not really retire after leaving the Hydro, he continued to a fuller extent his life long career in the public ministry which he treasured to the time of his death.
His firm faith sustained him during his illness and he is now sleeping awaiting Jesus promise of a resurrection (John 5:28, 29; Job 14:15; Revelation 21:3, 4 )
