Condolence: Rae was a wonderful person that I had the privilege of working with at Aurora High School! It was wonderful to see how she had raised 2 beautiful children who loved their mom, loved others and loved life. Rae realized that it was important in life to keep the most important things important and not worry about trivial matters. After surviving cancer, I believe that she had a really great perspective as a teacher. She was gracious to people...and she really loved Bon Jovi. Thank you God for the life of Rae Kirkwood and how she touched lives around her with her love. Tim Hartley
