WALTER "JAKE" JOHN JAKUBIC

Surrounded by the love of his family, Walter passed away at Concordia Hospital at the age of 82 years on March 29, 2016.

Left to cherish and mourn Walter is his spouse Marie of 61 years, his eldest sister Julie, Walter's children Donna (Greg), Ken, Nancy and Joey; grandchildren Michelle (Joey), Brenda (Nick) and Jake. Great grandchildren Brantley and Jaxon; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. There will be a gathering next weekend to celebrate Jake's life. Place and time to be determined. Please contact the family for details.

Donations in Walter's name may be made to a charity of one's choice - keeping in mind Walter's love for all animals.
